“This was the worst experience I’ve ever booked. The tour operator did not show up and did not message us any details about failure to show up. There was no excuse. He says he came and we were not there, but we waited 45 minutes after the intended tour start and messaged him throughout the day with no response. It was supposed to be hotel pickup from a place with less than 50 rooms. None of the staff saw him at all.”

“First a lovely guide picked us up at the hotel in Porto. She was well versed in English and was a delight to chat with. We were taken to a cozy little restaurant where our guide introduced us to our waiter and left her number with him. It was a three course meal with wine. The fish dish that I had was delicious.
